Our staff are available during our regular business hours to answer any medical questions that you may have about your child. Some questions and concerns will warrant an office visit. Our staff will be able to advise you whether an appointment in the office is necessary or whether advice can just be given over the phone.

After Hours Advice

Urbana Pediatrics has partnered with Triage 4 Pediatrics to provide medical advice for our patients when the office is closed. Triage 4 Pediatrics is staffed by pediatric registered nurses. The nurses at Triage for Pediatrics will be available to answer questions and provide advice regarding urgent medical matters that cannot wait until the office opens again free of charge. You can access this service by calling our main number (240-341-1090). In the event that you cannot reach Triage 4 Pediatrics by calling our main number, you can call them directly at 877-307-1569.

There will be a charge for using this service for non-urgent matters when the office is closed. The charge will be $17 and will be billed directly to the patient’s parent or guardian. If your question is non-urgent and you would like to avoid this charge, then you can call our office during our normal business hours.
